On Thursday, March 13th, the National Alliance of Healthcare Purchaser Coalitions released the Mental Health Parity Toolkit that the Florida Alliance developed with them to the public. Florida Alliance President and CEO Karen van Caulil was quoted in the press release that was issued with the toolkit.
