We are pleased to announce that Dr. Mark Cunningham-Hill, Medical Director of the Northeast Business Group on Health, will be joining us as a speaker at “Best of the Best.” His session, Building a Culture of Health and Wellbeing, will highlight the importance of promoting advanced primary care, screenings, mental health support, and vaccination as part of a broader workplace health strategy.

A recognized leader in employee health, Dr. Cunningham-Hill is known for developing innovative workplace wellness programs that integrate mental health, preventive care, chronic illness management, personal energy, and work-life balance. His approach emphasizes building a culture of health that enhances both employee wellbeing and business outcomes, leveraging data, technology, and strategic planning to drive engagement and measurable results.

Most recently, Dr. Cunningham-Hill co-authored Strengthening a Vaccine-Friendly Culture, a guide that outlines how employers can play a pivotal role in boosting vaccine confidence and improving vaccination rates among employees and their families. The guide offers practical strategies to promote trust in vaccines, support employees, and foster a workplace culture centered on health and prevention.

In celebration of three decades of employer driven healthcare transformation we’ve expanded our agenda for participants to have even more opportunities to engage in dynamic discussions shaping the future of workforce health.

Following lunch, the Center for Health and Wellbeing team will rotate attendees through three wellness activities. These wellness activations will be available to all attendees of the “Best of the Best.”
